”The music on this CD reflects the mix of cultures that are in me: growing up in Zimbabwe in a non religious Jewish family, studying in Cape Town, travelling and working in the Middle East, Europe and the United States, living in Paris, France, and eventually moving to Perth, Australia in the late 1980s. Recorded 10 years after my first CD Coaltrain to Cape Town, this music represents a walk through the various landscapes that I have experienced during this time.” – Ilan Zagoria
