"World Regions" include Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, Middle East, North America, Pacifica, and South America.

Example:

Nations: Australia, Canada

Cities: Miami

In this example, I didn't have to specify Zimbabwe under Nations because I had already listed Africa under World Regions.
I didn't specify USA under Nations because I wanted to limit my messages to specific US states and cities.
I didn't specify Florida in States because I wanted to limit my Florida-related messages a specific Florida city.
